Today is the 22nd birthday of my beautiful “heart” daughter. I think she knows most of these, but she needs to remember them and live them. I am sharing this post with her in hopes that it will help her to continue to grow in the direction she is meant to by giving herself all of these permissions and more, the sooner, the better. I am still learning this at age 51. Thank you, Leonie and every other lovely sharing Goddess.
