My Sunday is just beginning, but as I read your post I came to a realization: Today I need to NOT do nothing. I need to get up and shake off the cobwebs and DO things. I'm feeling stagnant. So today I give myself permission to get my energy moving (I do think that entails some switching off, though). I think there will be a lot of cleaning -physical and energetic- in our house today!! I just went to my beautiful set of Self-Care Cards, and would you believe it the card I drew was ACTION. It says "Take action. The journey to find your lost self begins with one step." So here I go! It ended up being absolutely beautiful... In the early morning ~ an aromatherapy massage & reiki session from an angelic doula crone... Came home to find my beloved doing some serious space clearing in our garden... it looks completely gorgeous and clear now... I keep going out to the front patio to smile over it... Watched that Steve Martin "documentary" about children - "Parenthood" ~ classic! hee hee hee :) Had some Goddess School work to finish up... Then finished off this afternoon with a Calmbirth meditation on the couch.
