You have permission.
You have permission to create.
You have permission to follow your spirit.
You have permission to take up some messy paints and pastels, and make something new and miraculous and alive.
You have permission to be crazy-wild brave.
You have permission to not colour-between-the-lines anymore.
You have permission to fall in love with yourself.
You have permission to drop all the should-nots, and step into the things that make you light up.
You have permission to be a Goddess.
You have permission to dip your fingers, your hands, your feet in rainbow swathes of paint whenever you like.
You have permission to not be neat.
You have permission to make the art, the writings, that tell of your story, and your spirit, and your precious journey.
You have permission to make it your own.
You have permission to believe in the possibility that you are a radiant Goddess.
You have permission to make art that isn’t for anyone else but you.
You have permission to really, really GET just how amazing and wise you are.
You have permission to experience joy.
You have permission to be enraptured with your own art.
You have permission to be the Creative Goddess you are.
You have permission.
You have permission.
You have permission.

I gave myself permission to do something totally new today… try to make an angel painting out of dripping wax from a candle… it’s drying as I type… FUN! SO MUCH GLORIOUS FUN!
I want to make some beautiful silk-painting looking angel artworks to hang over my beautiful niece and nephew’s beds… so they can remember they are taken care of, and SO loved…
