On the day of my 24th birthday, living redefining moments in my life and not always being able to balance them with grace, I open this page and those words appear before me. Deep breaths.
“Thank you for being born” The feeling instantly sinks in.
And then, to read about your beautiful journey.
This entire post was tremendously wonderful. Remembering (now that I have finally gathered a few hours for myself, to just be, after weeks following other rhythms) what matters.

I have written something very similar to your last words of this post, just a few days ago. And was needing to remind myself of it again.
Thank you for the clarity and inspiration to act that you have brought me in these first hours of yet another year. For being a catalyst, for being pure, for being the most true to yourself as you can be, even when it is difficult. There is nothing more courageous than that.
My words have always seemed to me too little to express what I feel after reading yours, which always move me immensely and have an effect of some kind. But this in particular, in this moment, was so important.

Happy Birthday, my fellow eagle scorpio.
My soul reaches and hugs yours, all the way from Portugal.

Leonie,
I am so moved by this post of yours today. Your journey has been so beautiful, and it sounds so precious ~ and the new journey you are beginning with your little merchild, WOW… it’s gonna be even bigger and more awesome, for sure.

You know, I love to check in and read about what you’re up to, although I never comment (why?), because my journey sort of started for me with a Women’s Circle in Australia, back in 1996. I had just left college, in England, and wanted to return to explore my Australian connections, so I went to stay with an older cousin of mine in Tasmania. She lived in a wonderful wooden, hand-built house, in the hills above the Huon Valley, south west of Hobart. I thought it was the most beautiful place I had ever seen.

For six weeks I soaked it all up: the scent of the trees in the rain (it rained nearly every day), the simple kindnesses of the people in those parts. My hands, rough and raw from picking apples every day in the orchards, soaked through to the bone by the cold and the wet. And I found the wild medicine woman inside me that I hadn’t known was there before.

I came back to England, and felt so cut off from the life of my Soul, that it took me a long time to get back in tune with myself and my Path. I feel you are so very blessed to be so young and so clear about your path ~ and really living it and doing the things that I dreamed of back then. Well done, dear Goddess Lady, for I know it can’t have always been easy.

Sweet goddess … I have only been coming here for a few weeks, but my life has changed immensely because of you. Your words, your journey, your passion is such a source of inspiration, support and encouragement to me and so many others. I read this 5 year review and get goosebumps: my dream is/has been to travel to India (I got waylaid by China ♥); I am making changes in my life to allow for more time/space for creativity; I just blogged yesterday about wanting to create a women’s circle here (any tips/advice?) I can see we Scorpio goddesses think a like

November is the 11th month, and 11 is a very magical number.

This November the 11th will be the 11/11/2009 (2+9=11)! I’m going to spend the night in Montserrat, a holy mountain near here, with maybe thousands of other people. It’ll be beautiful

Goddess Leonie, you have been such a treat for my spiritual journey lately and I am adoring this parallel delight! I feel as though I have changed so much since October 2005 and find that what I most wish to experience in the next few years are:
*Sharing in a Women’s Circle -a Sacred Retreat
*I too, desire to go to India (Mumbai) and visit a specific orphanage I have in mind, as well as see some of the sites! The passion grows stronger every day! Just reading what you shared almost gave me goosebumps! and I smiled! I can’t wait!
