I ordered something, and I haven’t received an email about it yet. How do I get my order?

SUPER SUPER IMPORTANT! Please check your spam folders! There is an email that gets sent soon after your purchase–usually just moments after your purchase–that will have a subject line of “Here’s Your 2012 Creating Your Goddess Year Workbook” (or the name of the product you ordered) or “Welcome to the Creative Goddess ecourse” (or whatever e-course you ordered). Those emails have a tendency to land in spam/junk folders pretty often… so make sure to check there. Try searching for my email address: leonie@goddessguidebook.com to find!

  • If you use a different email for your PayPal account than you usually check, make sure to check the inbox (and spam/junk folders) for your PayPal email address as well!
  • If you use a mail application (like Outlook, Mail, Thunderbird, etc.) and you don’t see the email in your spam/junk folder, try logging in to your email’s online interface and checking the spam/junk folder there. Some emails will land in your online interface’s spam/junk folder, and will never make it through to your mail application’s spam/junk folder, so you have to access them through your email’s online interface.

If you’ve checked your main email account and your PayPal email account and all of your spam/junk folders, and you still don’t see the email, then contact us again at support@goddessguidebook.com with ORDER ISSUE as the subject header. Please include the name and email address you used to place your order if they are different than the name & email address you’re contacting us from.

What do I do if I’m having trouble downloading a file?

Here’s the #1 Thing That Fixes Downloading Problems:
Make sure that you are right-clicking (or option+clicking if your computer doesn’t support right-clicking) on the link. This is the number one most common downloading problem: if you left-click on the file’s link, it will try to open it in your web browser, and that often won’t work (it either won’t finish loading, or it won’t load at all).

When you right-click (or option+click) on the file’s link, you’ll be able to choose “Save As,” “Save File As” or “Save Linked File As” from the options menu that appears, and that will allow you to save the file to your computer. Then you can open the file from there!

If you’re right-clicking on the link and still having trouble downloading, here are a few things to try:

  • First, try clearing your browser’s cache. Doing that tends to solve a slew of mysterious & frustrating tech issues! After you clear your cache, try coming back to the page and trying the download again.
  • Also, make sure you’re giving the file enough time to download. Some of the files are quite large (because they are chock full of fantastical goodnesses!), and they might take several minutes to completely download.
  • If that doesn’t work, try using a different browser. We recommend using Firefox, Safari or Chrome. Some goddesses find that one of those works better for them than the others, and which one works better is different from one goddess to another. So if you’re having troubles, you might try a different browser and see if that helps.
  • Experiment with downloading things at different times of day. Some goddesses have found that their internet download speeds vary hugely throughout the day, and they might have lots of trouble downloading in the mornings but no trouble in the evenings (or vice versa).

If you’ve tried all of these suggestions and you’re still having trouble, email us at support@goddessguidebook.com with DOWNLOAD ISSUE as the subject header and let us know the details about the trouble you’re having (include any error messages you’re receiving, or where in the process you’re getting stuck), and we’ll help you!

Where do I go to log in to the Goddess Circle once I’m a member?

How do I get to e-courses, meditations + 2012 workbook when I’m a Goddess Circle member?

Once your Goddess Circle membership has been approved, you’ll get access to goddessguidebookcircle.com. Once you’re in there, go to the COURSES MEDITATIONS KITS tab there & wa-la! A whole toolkit of amazingness for the Goddess in You! SO MUCH FUN!

I’m a Goddess Circle member and I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?

Go to the Goddess Circle login page: goddessguidebookcircle.com and click on the “Forgot your password” link that’s located just beneath the Sign In button. That will walk you through the steps of resetting your password.

How do I place an order for your products without using a PayPal account?

1. Follow the instructions in the Shopping Cart: select the bubble next to the PayPal logo, and then click the blue “Click here to check out” box.

2. There will be another page with your order summary and a yellow “Place Order” button. Click the yellow Place Order button.

3. Then you get to the PayPal screen. There’s a place to enter your PayPal login information, if you have it, or a place to click if you want to pay with a credit card. (See screenshot below with that link marked.) Just click that link, and a place to enter your credit card details will appear!

Note: This won’t work for Goddess Circle memberships. Those must be paid for with a PayPal account. If you’re unable to set up a PayPal account and want to join the Goddess Circle, please contact us at support@goddessguidebook.com with GODDESS CIRCLE PAYMENT in the subject line.

The password for one of your pages isn’t working for me… ?

  • First, try clearing your browser’s cache. Clearing the cache solves this issue in about 99% of the cases! :) After you clear your cache, try coming back to the page and trying the password again.
  • Second, try copying and pasting the password, and if that doesn’t work, then try hand-typing it. For some people, that makes a difference!
  • And third, if neither of those suggestions works, try a different than usual browser. We recommend using Firefox, Safari or Chrome.

Can I put Goddess Guidebook badges on my website?

I do have cranky days, but to be honest, I get really bored when I do. My own crankiness makes me cranky. I totally and firmly believe that Joy is an option, and we get to keep choosing it everyday. I believe that the deepest wisdom in the world is to just keep being happy and grateful.

I acknowledge and honour that big stuff, transformation and challenges do come up sometimes, and that we can work with them to feel them, and hear their medicine and wisdom. I don’t push for fake happiness – but I don’t encourage unnecessary suffering either. I believe that once I step out of the role of being a victim of the world, and into a place where I am an empowered goddess making choices that are beautiful for her – suddenly everything feels right and true again. I believe that if a thought causes suffering, it probably isn’t true. The truth heals us. For more about this, I would highly recommend the books of Byron Katie.

Plus, I come from a line of women who are amazing at smiling… even when things are rough. It’s really all, all good.
