And did you get that the ebook *wasn’t* broken, and in fact first 30 pages were intentionally blank because I thought that was a hilarious? And the ebook really started after The End on page 30? And there was a very deep point to the whole thing?

Have been re-reading one of my favourite books on optimism :: Rob Brezsny’s “Pronoia”

Another episode of the Soul Sister Sessions podcast has been recorded with the gorgeous Kyeli & will be out next week! It’s the Sex & Burnout episode! Wahoooo!

My hands have been uber carpal tunnel-ish this week, making it muchos difficult for me to type. Have been super grateful for these healing things that have helped - this Ergonomic keyboard & rose hip tablets & hand massages.

Also did a whole bunch of redesigning over in the Goddess Circle, and it’s looking so incredibly sparkly & gorgeous! Feel SO happy looking at the brand new designs… it’s even more glorious for all the Circle goddesses to dive into!

Some beautiful things to share with you today… not my usual looooong rambling inspiropost because I’m really drawn to simplicity these days. Simple & good.

My lovely Ostara & I have been painting with lots of watercolours lately… including long hand-painted letters to dear friends & lots of painted typography. That’s me of course… Ostara’s way more into embellishing every surface known to man with paint & making everything look vaguely abstract expressionist. Woo! Go you good thang! Creating with kids really can be fun!

Thus the new header. Really in love with it for today.

 Mini Creative Caravan update: My Centaur Daddy-o’s best man who just happened to marry his younger sister (aka my Uncle John. Not to confused with the other TWO Uncle Johns that my Dad’s sisters married. Yus, out of five sisters, THREE married Johns. What up with dat?)… oh hang on… where were we? Oh YES! My Uncle John has been enlisted in the Caravan of Courage project. He just came & did some consulting work on how to relocate it back into our backyard. Hopefully in a day or two it will be tow-happy & installed in the location of our dreams. WOO!

Just picked up my first copy of Dumbo Feather. Loved this interview of the editor & mama, Kate Bezar.

We just watched this documentary Dhamma Brothers about Vipassana meditation being taught in prison. Really, really touching. Wow. Definitely one of the best spiritual movies I’ve watched in a while!

I’m immersed in the middle of the five day long Australian Unschooling Conference. Feeling blissful and alight and wow-ed out. Have met some amazingly beautiful souls. Just feeling so grateful to be alive. Tonight, before we drove back to our cottage for the night to go cuddle up with Mr Dawson, Ostara and I found a tribe of ducks hanging out in the field. And we just watched them for the longest time in the golden sunset light. Ostara chirping away “bird! bird! bird!” and chuckling wildly (for those who know Ms Ostara, she really does have the best chuckle in the world.)

Life is good.

It feels like a good day to share good things.

I found this in my drafts folder.

And I’m pretty sure I’ve shared a lot of the goodies before. But I really don’t mind. They are delicious and worth revisiting.

Old Women Who Paint on Their Walls is dreamy and enchanting and wild.

 A beautiful soul said to me today at the Conference about how she’d just read half my book the night before, and how she loved how truthful it was.

I have a barometer in my soul that tells me when things come from truth. And I could just feel all the way through you were speaking the truth.

And I was thinking about how much I loved that. How much I love the truth. How good it feels to hear when stuff is really real.

I want to hear the truth, ya know? I want to speak it.

 I really love reading the Hand in Hand Parenting blog.

I’m off to bed dearest… there is SOSOSOSOSO much happening in this world of mine… finishing up the Business Goddess e-course ready for May 1 opening… hand painting a Cowgirl’s Guide To Riding Wild Donkeys ebook with Ostara… and I had a stall at the NQ Spiritual Festival all weekend… we had our FIRST EARTHQUAKE EVER!!!! here in Proserpine… I am healing up my second chest infection in two weeks with divine acupuncture and hideously untasty but effective herbs… and generally just holding the balance so life doesn’t tip from busy into nutty & unrested.

But you know what? Right here, right now… I most of all want you to know I am grateful.
And I am honoured to be here, doing this work, shining this light.
I am so grateful to have you as part of my goddess tribe.

Also: speaking of blasts from ze past, I had a dream this week that James Van Der Beek sent me a fan letter. And I was all over ze top excited, and decided I would write him back a letter to tell him that I was so in love with Dawson when I was 16 that I said “I’m going to marry a Dawson one day.” And how I fell in love two years later with a man… whose name happened to be Mr Dawson. And how I’m going to marry that Dawson in two months.

ANYWAYSIES.

It was pretty much the best dream ever. Especially about how that whole bit about becoing a Mrs Dawson isn’t a dream.

That was a really good tangent. On to ze inspiration!!!
