Thanks for your blurb on "Affirmations should be true for you". My best friend believes in affirmations to the fullest degree, but I've always had problems buying into them. When finally able to put my concerns into words, I realized my biggest issue was that I felt I was supposed to say things that weren't true and that would magically make them come true. Affirmations make alot more sense when you say something that you know is true, but can't easily accept or perceive. Thanks!
